They were very flexible with the timing, as it’s an airbnb and had minimal windows to complete work between guests. Very fair priced as well. They helped me troubleshoot every piece of it along the way. As a fellow small business owner, I understand what it takes to give this kind of personalized service, and I appreciate them greatly. They backwash the pool filter. They vacuum the pool. They test and check the pool chemicals. And add to the pool the chemicals needed. Plus they are very helpful in answering any questions I might have. Have a pool or hot tub = call Matt!! Have a pool or hot tub = call Matt!!! When we originally opened our pool – I tried to do all the chemicals myself. It was frustrating and I could never get it to balance in this climate. We hired Matt and our pool went from 60 to 70% to 95% in terms of balancing chemicals. It’s not rocket science, but Pool Scouts have it down and it’s well worth paying them to take care of my pool!!! Great guys, they care, and I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t use them myself!!!
