Both Preston and Heather are teachers at heart, and they love getting to cultivate a great culture with their Pool Scouts team. They are the perfect duo for leading the Pool Scouts team. Preston’s background in logistics and problem-solving, combined with Heather’s strong ability to connect with people and desire to help them succeed, provide the perfect foundation for their jump into business ownership.
