“Max gave us a pool 101 course to teach us pool newbies how to care for our salt water pool. He was very knowledgeable and kind, teaching us how to use our pump\/filter settings, our equipment, and the chemicals. He even added on a pool cleaning service last minute for us. I would definitely trust him to care for your pool and teach a class. And their office is great at communication too. Highly recommend Pool Scouts of the Mid-South!”<\/p>\n

“After doing some research, Pool Scouts was one of the three companies in the Memphis area that I reached out to for help with my pool. While the other two did not respond, Pool Scouts texted me back the very same day and booked someone for the following week. I sure am glad they did! The level of communication and attention that they have shown is incredible and a breath of fresh air after leaving my previous provider. I receive same day updates on what the technicians did on their visit, and no longer am forced to wonder what the heck is going on with my pool. I feel assured in knowing my pool will stay on the up and up with Pool Scouts.”<\/p>\n

They are professional and just overall really good people providing outstanding service . Our pool is complicated , with 2 sets of waterfalls .
