Everyone in the company that I have dealt with from their customer service team to their pool specialists that come to my home. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to help you. Not only are they maintaining my pool, but giving me lots of advice and how to demos so that I can learn to do more of the maintenance myself. I love that this company does not make you have a full service contract and you can use them as you need from just opening your pool to full maintenance and anything in between. It seems very flexible and they have been super transparent on everything they are doing. Night and day experience from the last company I used. My only regret is that I did not find Pool Scouts sooner!”
