Ron has been in the pool industry for 27 years. He and his family moved from Florida to North Carolina, where he is thankful to have found Pool Scouts so he could continue in the business he’s passionate about. While he wanted to continue in the pool industry, he knew he had to join the Pool Scouts team after meeting Tiffiny, and learning how the company ran. Pool Scouts Lead Technician, Jonathan, specializes in all things chemistry and maintenance. For over 10 years, Jonathan has been working on pools. He started on the commercial side, but now enjoys working on the residential side with Tiffiny. His favorite part of his work is getting to know the customers on a more personal level, and meeting more specific needs to improve their lifestyle and pool experience. One of Jonathan’s greatest strengths is always keeping a positive attitude and having a solid work ethic.
