Service Technician Opportunities

Pool Scouts of Lake Norman & South Charlotte is currently hiring Service and Repair Technicians for both part-time and full-time positions.

No prior pool experience is required. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, we provide comprehensive training to prepare you to service residential swimming pools at a professional level.

Starting pay: $18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do

As a Pool Scouts Service Technician, you will:

• Service residential swimming pools following a structured checklist
• Maintain proper water chemistry and pool cleanliness
• Inspect pool equipment and report potential issues
• Represent Pool Scouts professionally at customer homes
• Work independently while being supported by a dedicated team
