I was out of his service area, but he hoped it would have been an easy fix. After speaking to him several more times, it was best to empty and refill. My CYA levels were through the roof as well as the iron and copper levels. He answered every one of my questions even days later. This was the 1st time I ever called this company and he could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He could have charged me an arm and a leg and promised to clear my pool up but he did not.
