Some jobs are too much for your filter to handle. If you have a big mess in your pool, avoiding putting it into your filter might be the right option. When we perform a Vacuum-to-Waste service, we’ll use professional equipment to remove the waste and dispose of it directly into your sewer cleanout (aka sanitary sewer line).

We get it – sometimes issues arise at inconvenient times, and need to be addressed ASAP. Our team is dedicated to doing everything we can to be a fast, reliable solution for you when these problems arise. We provide emergency and same-day service which include cleaning, repairs, and diagnostics.
Emergency/Same-Day pool service is subject to availability, and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Emergency/Same-Day Service, After-Hours Service, and Weekend Service are subject to $75 service fee.
There are a few circumstances where either a partial or full drain of your pool is necessary. Some of these reasons may include certain pool chemistry situations, certain Green Pools and related services, or possibly due to the age of the water in your pool.
We perform full, half, and partial drains and refills. Our experts are trained to explore all solutions for your pool, and can advise you on what solution will be the most effective and affordable option.

Contrary to popular belief, removing algae from the wall of your pool does not require an Acid Wash. If the pool needs to be drained, a Chlorine Rinse is the most effective way to remove any remaining algae in your pool.
However, if there is heavy staining in your pool, an Acid Wash may be appropriate. A Pool Scouts professional can perform an assessment on your pool and see what solutions are right for you.
We include pool draining and refilling in a Chlorine Rinse/Acid Wash Service.
