Pool Scouts of Columbus owner, Heather Pontius, lives just outside Columbus with her two children. Heather graduated from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) with a BS in physical therapy. After graduating college, she started a therapy contracting company, which has grown to serve 7 counties and employ 30+ therapists. After over 20 years in the medical industry though, Heather was craving a new opportunity. She found Pool Scouts and admired the strong support they provide. As a pool owner herself, she recognized the need for a professional pool care provider in her community, and knew it was a perfect fit.
