Joe has a background in franchising, which makes him the perfect person to run Pool Scouts. Prior to joining the Pool Scouts family, Joe was the director of operations for a McDonald’s for 27 years.
Joe was drawn to Pool Scouts because he wanted a business he could build from the ground up. He also enjoys the challenge of creating process during the early stages of running a business, as well as the thrill and reward that comes with seeing a business grow. One of Joe’s biggest strengths is his ability to manage people.
