Meet the Owners

Pool Scouts owner Joe Golio resides with his wife Laura and their three sons in the nearby Lehigh Acres community. Joe comes from a background rich in franchising experience, having worked for a McDonald’s franchisee for almost 30 years as director of operations. Joe was drawn to the Pool Scouts opportunity because he wanted a business he could build from the ground up. He also enjoys the challenge of creating process during the early stages of running a business, as well as the thrill and reward that comes with seeing a business grow. One of the biggest strengths that Joe brings to the Pool Scouts team is his ability to manage people.
