Joe comes from a background rich in franchising experience, having worked for a McDonald’s franchisee for almost 30 years as director of operations. Joe was drawn to the Pool Scouts opportunity because he wanted a business he could build from the ground up. He also enjoys the challenge of creating process during the early stages of running a business, as well as the thrill and reward that comes with seeing a business grow.
