Pool Cleaning & Maintenance Recurring Service

We offer recurring pool cleaning and maintenance services on a Weekly or Biweekly basis. Weekly service is recommended most of the year in our area to keep pools properly balanced, with Biweekly service feasible in the late Fall & Winter.

Each cleaning includes:

• Pre-arrival notifications
• Post cleaning notification
• Full detailed report of services completed
• Before and After photos
• Water testing, chemical checks and balancing
• Add standard balancing chemicals as needed
• Check filter pressure and all equipment
• Clean pump basket
• Clean skimmer(s) and pump strainer basket(s)
• Brush sides of pool
• Brush water line, any algae
• Skim pool for leaves, debris, etc
• Vacuum pool bottom as needed
• Blow off pool deck
• Maintain automatic vacuum (if applicable)

Each pool service includes standard balancing chemicals as needed, up to $20 standard chemical credit per service. This includes:

• Chlorine tabs
• Shock
• Muriatic Acid
• Sodium bicarbonate
• DE (Diatomaceous Earth)
• Should your pool need any other chemicals, you’ll only be charged for the amount used

Service & Billing Policies

Pool Scouts of North Dallas & Park Cities is committed to providing superior residential pool service. Our services are on a pay-as-you-go, no-contract-required basis. Instead of contracts, we require a card-on-file be placed with your client account for payment following the completion of services.

Cancellation of Service: Please contact us by 5 pm day before your scheduled service day to notify us of any change or cancellation. To cancel a Monday service, notify us by 5 pm on Friday. Without prior notification or when unable to access the pool for scheduled service (due to locked gates or other site access issues, etc.), Pool Scouts will charge your regular service rate for the recurring scheduled appointment. For repair or other non-recurring service appointments, if Pool Scouts cannot gain access to perform the service, a standard visit fee of $50 will be charged to the client’s account.

Excessive Debris: Pool cleaning service that requires additional time beyond one hour for excessive debris, i.e., removal of heavy debris, excessive leaves, contractor debris from any construction in or around the pool, or post-storm cleanup, may be billed in 15-minute increments at $30/hour for the additional time required.

It will be the client’s responsibility to dispose of excessive debris, i.e., garbage bags of leaves.
