Pool Scouts owners Gissel and Roy, originally from Peru, have lived in the Boca Raton area for the past 14 years. Their favorite part of living here is spending time at the beach with their kids and their pug Phil. Gissel, with prior experience starting a moving company, runs the operations side of Pool Scouts while also being a full time mom. Roy holds a degree in business administration and previously worked as the VP of sales in the financial service industry, making these two the power team to effectively run their pool cleaning business. Both Roy and Gissel come from hard working families, and have past business management experience. They are excited to use their backgrounds and skill sets to continue the growth and success of Pool Scouts.
