Meet the Team

Pool Scouts is a locally owned and operated business. Ray, originally from Bronx, New York, now resides in Hilton Head with his family. He traded in his title of Prosecutor with the New York County District Attorney’s Office to move to this quaint coastal city and own his own business. His ability to treat people with respect, and providing excellent customer service are just a couple of the qualities that make Ray a perfect fit for the Pool Scouts family. Ray likes spending his time outside of running a pool business by going to the beach and watching sports.

Frank is our lead technician, and is not only dedicated to the best pool service but is also passionate about water safety. Outside of his time perfecting pools, Frank serves on the National Guard.
